Day 1 ( Yangon arrival )

Arrive Yangon by international flight. Welcome & transfer to hotel. Some highlights of Yangon sightseeing - Sule Pagoda at the heart of city, Maha Bandoola Park with Independence monument, photo stop at Karaweik hall - a royal floating barge, National Museum to the 8 meters high Golden Lion Throne & Mandalay Royal Regalia, Chaukhtatgyi reclining Buddha, Bogyoke Market with hundreds of stores & Shwedagon Pagoda. Dinner. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2 ( Yangon - Bagan )

Early breakfast, transfer to airport for flight to Bagan. Sites to visit in Bagan are Nyaung U market, Shwezigon Pagoda - built in ( 1084 - 1113 ), Kyansittha Umin near Nat Hlaung Kyaung, Wetkyi-in Gubyaukgyi Temple - with fine mural painting of Jatakas scenes in Nyaung U area. Then proceed to visit Htilominlo - to see its well known plaster carvings, Ananda - an architectural masterpiece, Tharabar Gate, Shwegugyi Temple & Thatbyinnyu Temple - highest in Bagan. Lunch. Continue to Myingaba Village monuments which are Manuha - with gigantic Buddha image, Nanpaya Temples - an early style with the finest stone carving. Back to Bagan to visit lacquer ware industries, Dhamayangyi Temple in massive & enjoy sun set from Shwesandaw Pagoda. Dinner. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3 ( Bagan)

Morning sightseeing to Minnanthu village area. Sulamani Pagoda, Laymyetnha Temple , Payathonezu Temple with colorful paintings & Thanbula Pagoda. Then proceed to see the daily life style of Bagan people, Dhamayazika Pagoda and Su Taung Pyay Oak Kyaung in Pwar Saw Village , Lawkananda Pagoda - a landmark of Bagan in Thiripyitsaya village, Gawdawpalin Temple & sunset from Bupaya - standing close to Irrawaddy River . Dinner. Overnight at hotel.  

Day 4 ( Bagan - Mandalay ( by boat ) )

Early breakfast. Transfer to jetty for a riverine ( down stream ) cruise on the Majestic Irrawaddy river leave Mandalay for Bagan. The boat departs Bagan at 0600 hrs. & arrive Mandalay 1800 hrs. but sometimes late due to the current river flow. Mandalay is last capital of the Burmese Kings, lies on the left bank of Irrawaddy . In the evening transfer to hotel. Dinner. Overnight at hotel.  

Day 5 ( Mandalay - Myitkyina )

Breakfast. Transfer to airport for flight to Myitkyina, the capital of Kachin State . Transfer to hotel & check in. Myitkyina is a highly region on the bank of Irrawaddy river, there are many national races. You can see farmlands & gardens its surrounding areas. Dinner. Overnight at hotel.



Day 6 ( Myitkyina )

After breakfast, excursion visit to Myitsone River Confluence ( 28 miles / 40 km from town ) of May Kha & Malikha tributaries it's famous as resort where every can relax & enjoy the environs. Also visit Karain Naw recreation place on the way back to Myitkyina. Dinner. Overnight at hotel.


Day 7 ( Myitkyina )

Breakfast. Visit Su Taung Pyay Zedidaw on the bank of Irrawaddy, Kachin cultural museum, Old Cemetery , Baptist Church & former RAF Airfield. Dinner. Overnight at hotel.

Day 8 ( Myitkyina - Mandalay )

Breakfast. Visit to Myo Ma Market for tribal life & check out hotel. Transfer to airport for Mandalay flight. Arrive Mandalay & check in hotel. Leisure time in the evening. Dinner. Overnight at hotel.




Day 9 ( Mandalay - Amarapura / Sagaing - Mandalay )

Breakfast. Morning visit to Amarapura & Sagaing. The sites are Bagaya Kyaung - a famous collection of Buddha image, Sagaing Hill, silverware industries, Maha Gandayon Monastery , visit 200 year old U Bein teak bridge built in 1782. Lunch. In the afternoon, visit Mahamuni Pagoda - with its spectacular Buddha image covered in thick layer of Gold Leaves. Continuous visit to stone / wood carving, bronze costing industries, gold leaf making.  

Day 10 ( Mandalay - Kyaing Tong )

After breakfast a morning visit to Mandalay Hill - for a panoramic view of the city, Shwenandaw Kyaung or Golden Palace Monastery - a superb example of traditional of wooden building, Kuthodaw Pagoda - known as the world biggest book from its 729 marble slabs engraved with Buddhist Scriptures. Check out hotel & transfer to airport to fly to Kyaing Tong by afternoon flight. Check in hotel. Check in hotel. Worthy sites to see are tomb of Kyaing Tong Saw Bwa, pottery works, an Old Church & over 2000 years old tree - Thittapin Taung Hill for panoramic view over Kyaing Tong. Dinner. Overnight at hotel.

Day 11 ( Kyaing Tong )

Breakfast, start driving about 45 minutes for a hiking tour into the Pin Tauk area. Lush mixed monsoon forest with a view to the plain rice fields looking like a huge, green patchwork blanket. Visit the villages of Akha and Enn tribes. Some are baptized, some tribes still animists. The Enn are an ethnic group which tourists have found particularly interesting labeling them the " Black Teeth " . The walk is not difficult and can be done slowly. They live on the higher slopes. They have distinctively different costumes and beliefs from the other tribes. Take lunch at Pin Tauk water-fall. Late afternoon come back to hotel. Dinner. Overnight at hotel.  

Day 12 ( Kyaing Tong - Heho / Inle )

After breakfast morning visit to Kyaing Tong Central Market & Water Buffalo Market at the outskirts of town. Visit ' Akha ' village 9 km north east of Kyaing Tong. In the afternoon transfer to airport for flight to Heho. Drive to Shwe Nyaung - Nyaung Shwe / Inle. Then will take you across the Lake Inle , 22 km long & 10 km wide, by boat to hotel to check in. Visit the sights in Lake Inle --- the typical floating gardens, local method of fishing, village life, the unique leg - rowing Inthas, the silk weaving village In Paw Khone, Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda & Monastery of jumping cat ( Ngaphe Chaung ). Dinner. Overnight at hotel.

Day 13 ( Inle )

We visit market day which will be held surrounding villages of Lake Inle everyday as you can study the costume of tribes --- Shan , Inn Tha , Pa O , Danu & Taung Yoe etc. Then proceed to observe the village life of Inn Tha , the unique leg - rower ( the fisherman stand at the stern of the boat on one leg & wrap the other around the oar to propel the boat ) , native method of fishing , Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda & Monastery of jumping cat ( Ngaphe Chaung ) , silk weaving village In Paw Kone , floating Island & Shan bag making .  

Day 14 ( Inle )

Excursion by boat to the western shore of the Inle Lake . In that area there are 17 villages built on stilts mostly inhabited by the Intha people. Proceed to Inndain Pagoda & surroundings. You can see the traditional cheroot making industry, lotus robe weaving silver smith industry & traditional food making
( Mont Lay Pway ) . Dinner & overnight at hotel.  

Day 15 ( Inle - Heho - Yangon )

Breakfast . Then check out hotel & transfer to Heho Airport for Yangon flight . Arrive Yangon & transfer to hotel . After lunch visit Kaba Aye Hillock ( World Peace Pagoda ) , Mahapasana Cave - when sixth Buddha Synod took place , Yangon jetty , 80 year old colonial style buildings near famous landmark the Strand Hotel & Botataung Pagoda with jetty . Dinner. Overnight at hotel.  

Day 16 ( Departure Yangon )

After breakfast. Transfer to Yangon International airport for departure flight.
