Reservation & confirmation

All prebooking & reservation has to be made through our company by email, confirmed name list must be sent at least 7 days prior to the ship departure date.

Ticketing, issuing & payment

Tickets for all confirmed booking must be issued not later than 3 days prior to the departure date. All payment must be settled in full day cash at the same time of issuing the ticket. No refund will be paid in case of no show.

Validity

The rates are subject to change with 45 days prior notice in case of fuel & port charges increased.

Child Policy

Children below the age of 3 years may accompany their parents without extra charge in the same seat. Children of 3 to 12 years will be charged with half price of normal ticket fare.
